Appointment Guidelines and Requirements;

Masks are optional for staff and clients whom are fully vaccinated.
Only clients with appointments/consultations are welcome. We ask that you do not bring addition guest such as friends, children, or pets without formal permission (this does not apply to certified service animals).
To be eligible for a service, all clients must be asymptomatic of any illness (including colds or unexpected allergies that might be early signs of a cold) for a period of at least 14 days prior to the to the appointment.

This form submission in no way is a guarantee of any specific date, time or stylist. I understand that if I have falsified information about the current status or my hair/previous appointments that Salon Rosé nor any of their representatives may be held accountable for varied outcomes resulting in the lack of required information. I understand that I may be asked to leave a deposit if I am a new client or advanced color correction and that all moderate to advanced corrections may require a client service agreement at the time of the appointment.

By clicking this box and submitting your appointment request, you are agreeing that you have read, understood and will adhere to Salon Rosé's cancelation policy. IF for any non-emergency reason you must cancel your appointment with LESS than a confirmed 48 hours notice you will be subject to a fee of 50% your estimated service total. That amount is paid directly to the stylist whom most likely will not have adequate time to fill your cancelled appointment. Please note that a fee may be waived if you have had an emergency (IE car accident, sickness, family emergency, TBD by salon management).
